1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories.

  • Certain products (like digital downloads or opened personal care items) are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.


2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping address.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.


3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


4. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement product.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos at info@gadgitz.com.

  • We will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund within the specified timeframe, please check your bank or credit card statement first.
